The ZZ5502 is a complete integrated 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) with a Bluetooth port for 802.11b/g/n/ac applications and systems. It includes a linear 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA), power detector, filter, switch, and low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability. This highly integrated FEM only requires one bypass cap thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost. An integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5502 is available in a 16-pin 2.5×2.5×0.85 mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
