ZZ5519

The ZZ5519 is a complete integrated 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA) with logarithmic power detector, a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and a single pole double throw switch (SPDT). This highly integrated FEM only requires one bypass cap thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost. The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. An integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5519 is available in a 16-pin 3.0*3.0*0.85 mm Land Grid Array (LGA) package.
