ZZ5363H is a high linearity, high power, high efficiency power amplifier with a typical gain of 36 dB, P1dB point of 34 dBm and an operating frequency range of 1805MHz to 1880MHz.ZZ5363H is suitable for use in wireless infrastructure systems where high linearity, high power and high efficiency are required. The driver amplifier is capable of delivering high power while maintaining excellent ACPR performance. The integrated active bias circuitry in the device provides excellent linearity performance over the temperature range. Available in a standard lead-free/green/RoHS compliant 5.0mm x 5.0mm x 0.97mm surface mount package, the product incorporates advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC technology which offers state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, and reliability.
