The ZZ5430 is a single pole double throw (SPDT) RF antenna switch designed for the frequency range from 0.1 GHz up to 6.0 GHz.
The ZZ5430 is processed in GaAs pHEMT technology featuring low insertion loss, high isolation, and sustain high linearity performance, The excellent performance of ZZ5430 makes it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth@ and IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac transmit/receive function. ZZ5430 is housed in a compact 6L QFN 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.55mm (max) plastic package.
