The ZZ5064 is a high-power, high-gain linear power amplifier for 2.32~2.7GHz frequency band. For
2.32GHz and 2.7GHz LTE application, the device provides a typical 22dBm linear output power, -45dBc ACPR @ ± 20MHz. The device is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and the output can be easily matched to obtain optimum power. The ZZ5064 is housed in a miniature 16-pin, 3.0mm x 3.0mm x 0.80mm LGA package. A power detector is also included on-chip.
