ZZ5383

The ZZ5383 is a high linearity, high power, high efficiency power amplifier with a typical gain of 36 dB, P1dB point of 36 dBm and an operating frequency range of 1805 MHz to 1880 MHz. The ZZ5383 is suitable for use in wireless infrastructure systems where high linearity, high power and high efficiency are required. The driver amplifier is capable of delivering high power while maintaining excellent ACPR performance. The integrated active bias circuitry in the device provides excellent linearity performance over the temperature range. Available in a standard lead-free/green/RoHS compliant 7 mm x 7 mm x 0.85 mm surface mount package, the product incorporates advanced InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC technology which offers state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, and reliability.
