The ZZ5535 is a complete integrated 5GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 5GHz power amplifier (PA) with power detector, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and single pole double throw switch (SPDT).
The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. An integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5535H1 is available in a 16-pin 3.0×3.0×0.75 mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
