The ZZ5532 is a complete integrated 5GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ac 256QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 5GHz power amplifier (PA) with power detector, a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and a single pole double throw switch (SPDT). This highly integrated FEM only requires one bypass cap thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost.
The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. An integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5532 is available in a 16-pin 2.5*2.5*0.85mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
