The ZZ5546 is a complete integrated 6 GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high -performance 6 GHz power amplifier (PA) with DC power detector and RF power detector coupler, high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and single pole double throw switch (SPDT). The integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5546 is available in a 24-pin 3.0* 5.0*0.85mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
