The ZZ5536H is a complete integrated 5 GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high-performance 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and single pole double throw switch (SPDT). The DC power detector and RF power detector coupler are included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5536H is available in a 24-pin 3.0*5.0*0.85mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
