The ZZ7517 is a complete integrated 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11be 4096 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA), a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass
capability, and a a transmit/receive (T/R) switch. A power detector with DC voltage output and a coupler with RF output are integrated to provide closed-loop power control within the system.
This highly integrated FEM only requires bypass caps thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost. The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. The ZZ7517 is available in a 16-pin 3.0×3.0×0.85 mm Land Grid Array (LGA) package.
