ZZ7537

The ZZ7537 is a complete integrated 5GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11be 4096 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 5GHz power amplifier (PA), a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and a transmit/receive (T/R) switch. A power detector with DC voltage output and a coupler with RF output are integrated to provide closed-loop power control within the system.This highly integrated FEM only requires bypass caps and a DC block cap, thus reducing system footprint, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost. The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. The ZZ7537 is available in a 16-pin 3.0*3.0*0.75mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package.
