The ZZ7547 is a complete integrated 6GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11be 4096 QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 6GHz power amplifier (PA), a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and a transmit/receive (T/R) switch. A power detector with DC voltage output and a coupler with RF output are integrated to provide closed-loop power control within the system.
