The ZZ5515H is a complete integrated 2.4GHz Front-End Module (FEM) for 802.11ax 1024QAM applications and systems. It includes a high- linear 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA) with power detector, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass capability, and single pole double throw switch (SPDT).
The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage current in off mode. An integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The ZZ5515H is available in a 16-pin 3.0×3.0×0.85mm Land Grid Array (LGA) package.
